5What if i don't know how to answer one of the questions on the form?
It's important to be as accurate as possible when answering the questions as your responses will dictate the mortgage rates that we can source for you. However, if you are unsure of any answer then call us directly on 0800 0246983 or simply make your best estimate and then raise this with our consultant when they call you back.
6How do I know that I'm getting the best deal?

7What documentation is needed?
The documentation required differs from lender to lender, but as a general guide we would require up to 3 months' worth of payslips and bank statements; ID; proof of address; P60 document if employed; SA302 document if self-employed or accounts if applying as a limited company.
8Will I get updates on the progress of my application?
We understand you will want to know if your mortgage has been approved. We will be able to give you an indication of likely turnaround times once you have decided to proceed with a particular product. 9Are my details shared with other companies?
